1. Difficulty in fingerprint recognition

Wipe clean the fingerprint recognition area with a slightly moistened towel, which can basically solve this problem.

If the fingerprint recognition area is clean and has no scratches, it is still not easy to recognize, it is recommended to re-enter the fingerprint. This may be because the finger is not placed correctly during entry, which results in the incomplete fingerprint image stored, which affects the success rate of fingerprint recognition.

2. The door lock does not respond

There are two possibilities for this situation. The first possibility is that the battery is dead. When the door lock is low-powered, it usually emits a “didi” sound as a reminder. If the battery is exhausted, there will be no response. At this time, the power bank can be used for emergency power supply, or the key can be used to directly open the door lock under any circumstances. The second possibility is that the door lock is locked due to an input error. Generally speaking, the door lock is triggered after 5 input errors. However, some users reported that after trying two or three times clearly, they prompted an input error and the door lock was locked. In this case, we must keep an eye on it. It may be that someone has tried to unlock the door of your house while you are away.

3. The smart lock has been used for a long time, and the surface is dim

Wipe the surface of the lock regularly with a clean dry cloth or paper. Do not clean the surface with water, alcohol, acid or other chemicals. Never let the lock surface come into contact with corrosive substances, it will damage the lock surface protective layer, affect the gloss of the lock surface or cause oxygen in the surface coating.
